PURPOSE: A mobile relay server is provided to minimize finance information necessary for finance payment, thereby securing payment security of a mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: When a mobile terminal is accessed through a payment application, an interface module(110) provides a card company list to the mobile terminal. When the mobile terminal requests expenses payment to a payment terminal through the payment application, a relay module(130) receives a phone number of the mobile terminal, card issuing ID for a card selected in the mobile terminal, member store information, and payment money information from the payment terminal.
