DRIVER CIRCUIT WITH SWITCH

A driver circuit having a switch of a desired embodiment of the present invention includes: a first amplifier for amplifying and outputting an input signal; a second amplifier for amplifying the output signal of the first amplifier; and a first switch which is located between the first and second amplifiers. Also, the driver circuit further includes: a third amplifier for amplifying the output signal of the first amplifier; and a second switch which is located between the first and third amplifiers. According to the driver circuit having a switch of a desired embodiment of the present invention can provide a driver circuit having a switch without requiring a large switch area while maximizing the linearity by minimizing the distortion of an output signal of the driver circuit. Also, a driver circuit having a switch which can achieve the low costs and high efficiency can be provided by not largely increasing the area of the switch.
