PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage battery system capable of easily setting a time for charging and discharging and performing detailed and arbitrary time setting for charging and discharging.SOLUTION: A storage battery system 1 of the present invention comprises: a secondary battery 38; a storage battery control unit 39 configured to recognize a state of the secondary battery 38 and perform control on the secondary battery 38; a power conditioner 42 configured to perform control of charging and discharging of the secondary battery 38; and a controller 6 as a setting part configured to set parameters relating to charging and discharging of the secondary battery 38. Drive of the power conditioner 42 is controlled by a signal from the controller 6 or the storage battery control unit 39. The controller 6 includes a recommendation button 88A which enables a function of charging the secondary battery 38 at a charging start time and a discharging start time set in advance, and a timer time setting part 141 capable of arbitrarily setting a charging start time and a charging end time, and/or a discharging start time and a discharging end time.
