PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust cover which is capable of surely performing dust-proof action and has durability, and a bearing device comprising the dust cover.SOLUTION: A bearing device 1 comprises an upper shoe 2 and a lower shoe 3 disposed in confronted portions in a main girder 2a and a bridge pier 3a and allows a bearing 35 and a slide plate 21 to slide in the confronted portions of the upper shoe 2 and the lower shoe 3. The lower shoe 3 includes an inserting recess 30a into which the bearing 35 is fitted, which allows insertion of the slide plate 21 of the upper shoe 2, and in which a sliding portion S is disposed. Furthermore, a dust cover 40 is provided which spreads over at least either the inserting recess 30a at an outer side in an in-plane direction of the inserting recess 30a or an inner surface of the inserting recess 30a and a columnar main body 20 and is adhered with the sliding portions S so as to surround the outer side in the in-plane direction of the sliding portions S.
