PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat film having both flex resistance and blocking resistance or hardness and being excellent in handleability (workability and the like during taking-up and letting-off for a roll state) and a curable composition allowing formation of such a hard coat film.SOLUTION: The present invention is a film having a hard coat layer on at least one face on a transparent resin substrate, where the hard coat layer has an urethane structure, and a compound (B1) having a molecular weight of 1,000 to 200,000 and a polymerizable functional group and a compound (B2) having a structure expressing intermolecular force, a molecular weight of 200 to 15,000 and a polymerizable functional group. |
