PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a deterioration in access performance to a storage device.SOLUTION: A repeating device 4 connects respective storage devices 3a to 3c to one of access control devices 2a and 2b. Access to each of the storage devices 3a to 3c is controlled by one of the access control devices 2a and 2b. A connection control device 5 controls a connection switching operation in the repeating device 4 so as to distribute a load to the respective access control devices 2a and 2b in accordance with a load state of the respective access control devices 2a and 2b. For example, the connection control device 5 controls the storage device 3b connected to the access control device 2a such that the storage device 3b is switchedly connected to the access control device 2b when a parameter showing the magnitude of a load of the access control device 2a exceeds a predetermined threshold. |
