PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum supporting device and a drum, capable of improving sound volume and sound quality of the drum.SOLUTION: A drum supporting device 10 comprises: a bracket 20; a first arm 30 having a plurality of first support parts 40 for supporting an upper side hoop 4; and a second arm 50 having a second support part 52 for supporting a lower side hoop 5. The first support parts 40 provided in each end part of the first arm 30 out of the plurality of first support parts 40 are arranged in the vicinity of two cross points P and Q where the diameter DM of a beating surface head 2 orthogonal to a vertical plane HS including the axis line C1 of a shell 1 and the axis line C2 of the second arm 50 crosses the upper side hoop 4. |
