PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic thin-film solar cell having a large open-circuit voltage.SOLUTION: An organic thin-film solar cell 100 includes a first electrode 102, a mixed layer 106 of an electron-donative semiconductor 104 and an electron-accepting semiconductor 105, and a second electrode 108; and a hole block layer 107 is provided between the second electrode 108 and the mixed layer 106. At least either of the electron-accepting semiconductor 105 included in the mixed layer 106 and the hole block layer 107 is composed of a group I-III-VI compound semiconductor. |
