PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which a friend on a chat service targets only users registered in the chat service, and thus, a non-registered user cannot be added as a chat friend thereon.SOLUTION: A server device 10 is configured to: control a transmission/reception of a message among registered users registered in a chat service; control a transmission/reception of a message between the registered user and the non-registered user; manage a friend list of the registered users; recommend other user to be added to the friend list, to the registered user; and, when the non-registered user is not registered in the chat service and user information on the non-registered user is included in user information managed by the registered user, and determine the non-registered user as other user to be recommended to the registered user. |
