[Problem] To provide a light source unit in which a plurality of LED elements are disposed on a plurality of band-shaped wirings on a substrate, the LED elements on the same band-shaped wiring are electrically connected by a wire to an adjacent band-shaped wiring, and overall the LED elements are disposed on the substrate in a staggered shape, wherein the LED elements can be densely disposed without malfunctions occurring in the wire connections on the band-shaped wiring, and effective cooling can be carried out without impeding the dissipation of heat from the LED elements. [Solution] The present invention is characterized in that, in the same band-shaped wiring, a damming channel is formed between adjacent LED elements, a non-effusion region is formed into which solder is not effused between the LED elements, and the wire is connected in the non-effusion region. Further, the invention is characterized in that the band-shaped wiring is formed having a wide part and a narrow part in the wiring direction, and the LED elements are disposed on the wide part of the band-shaped wirings. |
