A game management device provided with: a first resource management means whereby information regarding a first resource which belongs to a user in a first game and which is depleted when used during the implementation of the first game is stored in a storage device and managed; a second resource management means whereby information regarding a second resource which belongs to the user in a second game controlled by a different processing device from the first game and which is depleted when used during the implementation of the second game is stored in a storage device and managed; and an inter-game control means that allows the second resource, which is linked with the first resource of the user by a linking means, to be used instead of the first resource in the first game, and controls the second resource management means so as to deplete the amount of the second resource of the user either prior to or during the implementation of the first game.
