Provided are a transmitting circuit, a transceiver, a communication system and a method for transmitting data. The transmitting circuit includes: a digital interface circuit for acquiring data to be transmitted over a predetermined bandwidth and decomposing the data into N paralleled sub-digital signal streams; a digital modulation circuit for receiving the N sub-digital signal streams and modulating the N sub-digital signal streams to obtain N modulated signals; a frequency translation circuit for receiving the N modulated signals and performing frequency translation on the N modulated signals; a synthesizer for merging M modulated signals in the N modulated signals which have been subjected to frequency translation into a bandwidth signal; a digital-to-analogue converter for receiving the bandwidth signal and performing digital-to-analogue conversion on the bandwidth signal to obtain an analogue signal; and an up-conversion circuit for receiving the analogue signal and converting the analogue signal to a radio frequency signal, so that the radio frequency signal is sent over an antenna. The present invention can reduce the complexity of processing signals by a transmitting circuit, thereby improving system performance.
