<p>A server and method for processing data records are provided. The method involves managing a plurality of data records, creating at least one new data record at a predetermined time, and sorting the plurality of data records at the predetermined time. Each data record includes a rate data field, a principal data field, and a date data field representing a maturity date. The rate data field of at least one data record represents a floating interest rate. The server includes a network interface, a memory storage unit and a processor for carrying out the method.</p> |
