Disclosed are a conductivity and susceptibility restoration device and a recording medium for the same. The disclosed conductivity and susceptibility restoration device includes: a susceptibility restoration unit which restores susceptibility from the phase change due to an increase in the time of a multi-echo gradient echo image; a zero echo phase estimation unit which determines a phase in the zero echo time based on the linearity of the phase change; and a conductivity restoration unit which restores conductivity from the estimated zero echo phase. According to the present invention, using a multi-echo gradient echo sequence, it is possible to achieve susceptibility as well as conductivity in a living body. Furthermore, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the accuracy in susceptibility measurement can be enhanced.
