PURPOSE: A casting nozzle pre-heating device is provided to equalize the flow of molten magnesium inside a nozzle and to prevent a phenomenon in which a magnesium plate is welded to the surface of a casting roll. CONSTITUTION: A casting nozzle pre-heating device comprises a working fluid heating unit. The working fluid heating unit is mounted on a casting furnace, and provided to heat a working fluid to pre-heat a nozzle by a medium of heat which is generated from molten iron. A working fluid supply unit is connected in between the working fluid heating unit and the nozzle, and supplies the heated working fluid to the nozzle. The heating unit includes a device body, an inflow and outflow unit, and a heat transfer unit. |
