PURPOSE: An image card manufacturing method is provided to conveniently manufacture and edit an image card by using various pay/free frame templates provided from a manager server and to transmit the manufactured image card to a plurality of receivers. CONSTITUTION: A video card application stored in a manager server(200) is downloaded to a user terminal(100) directly or from an application market. A user receives information provided from a template database(210), a manufactured card database(220), and a generated QR code database(230) from the manager server and manufactures and edits an image card by using the information. The user terminal transmits the manufactured image card to a receiver terminal(500).
