A choke valve of a blow-out preventer for drilling is provided. The present invention provides a choke valve equipped in a blow-out preventer installed in the entrance of an oil well so as to block an abnormal high pressure from coming up along the drilling pipe from the seabed bottom. The choke valve of a blow-out preventer comprises a valve main body including an inlet port and an outlet port of entering and discharging fluid containing crude oil and gas, and a needle to be open/closed by an actuator so as to open/close the channel of the outlet port with the inlet port; a first rectifying unit firstly rectifying the fluid entered through the inlet port while discharging to the outlet port by penetrating a central hole where the needle inserted into or withdrawn from, and fixing and installing a first rectifier having multiple entrance holes penetrated into the outer side of the body and connected to the central hole, in the joint part of the inlet port and the outlet port; and a second rectifying unit installing a second rectifier, in which multiple disks having a penetration hole in the center corresponding to the needle are laminated in multi-layer, between the first rectifier and the outlet port, secondly rectifying the fluid passed through the disks and discharging to the outlet port.
