A mobile terminal such as a smartphone is convenient to carry anytime and anywhere, but in many cases, signals for a notification of a phone state or message arrival are used to attract user's attention. A user cannot know contents only by the various signals, therefore, in order to check contents, several steps are required such as turning on a mobile terminal, unlocking a security device, opening a notification window, reading a message, operating a corresponding application, and checking the contents. However, in most cases, the steps cannot be performed because of watching TV, excising, working, etc. or the operation of the steps causes inconvenience, therefore, an alternative is required. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a technique and service system which can output voice about various notifications as well as a part of or entire contents transferred without passing through the steps and allow a user to listen to information in which the user is interested or text-type writing in real time like a radio or stored contents according to a request by converting the contents into voice.
