The present invention relates to a complex type electronic sight using a transparent display so that a line of sight is able to be set in a various type, the position is able to be adjusted, and information necessary for shooting is able to be displayed on the same screen by comprising a sight with a transparent display (TOLED). The complex type electronic sight comprises a transparent display unit displaying a shape and size of an aiming point, and additional information including location information, moving route information, and identification friend or foe information on the screen; a camera taking photos of the image in the direction that the sight faces; a battery supplying the electric power to each unit of the sight; an automatic zero point adjustment unit performing an automatic zero point adjustment function using a laser distance meter; a GPS module for providing a coordinate for displaying user location information, and the electric field location, and a moving route; a memory interface for storing the image through the camera; and a main controller displaying an aiming point on the transparent display and controlling the control function of an electronic dot sight, the image processing, and the location information processing.
