PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snare drum capable of reducing sound volume while keeping original tone color and hitting feeling of a snare drum.SOLUTION: A snare drum 10 includes a cylindrical shell 11, a batter head 12 attached to an upper opening of the shell 11, a snare side head 13 attached to a lower opening of the shell 11, a snappy 14 whose both ends are held on both sides of shell 11 and which is laid on a face side of the snare side head 13. A plurality of openings 13c are provided in the snare side head 13. |
