PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical transparent packaging material which can combine prevention of photodeterioration of a content with securement of visibility of the content.SOLUTION: The medical transparent packaging material includes a base material layer, a gas barrier layer containing a silicon oxide, an ultraviolet absorption layer and an adhesive layer in this order, the ultraviolet absorption layer contains a UV absorber and a fluorescent brightener. The medical transparent packaging material has a light transmittance of 20% or less at a wavelength of 380 nm, a light transmittance of 20% or less at a wavelength of 450 nm and a light transmittance of 60% or more at a wavelength of 600 nm.
