PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate film for battery outer packaging, high in seal strength and interlayer adhesive strength, excellent in heat resistance and electrolyte resistance, less in an environmental load, and capable of being produced at an inexpensive cost.SOLUTION: A laminate film 10 for battery outer packaging includes at least a base material layer 1, a first adhesive layer 2, a barrier layer 3, a second adhesive layer 4, and a sealant layer 5 which are laminated in the order. The second adhesive layer 4 comprises a polyethylene resin mainly consisting of linear low-density polyethylene (LLPE) while at least a part of the polyethylene resin is acid modified. The second adhesive layer 4 has an MFR of 0.1 g/10 min or more and 3 g/10 min or less, a density of 0.920 g/cmor more and 0.950 g/cmor less, and a modulus of elasticity in tension of 100 MPa or more and 1,000 MPa or less. |
