PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric element in which degradation of insulation performance with the use is suppressed.SOLUTION: The piezoelectric element includes a first internal electrode and a second internal electrode, and a piezoelectric ceramics layer composed of ceramics and arranged between the first internal electrode and second internal electrode. Abundance of manganese element is relatively higher in each region adjacent, respectively, to the first internal electrode and second internal electrode of the piezoelectric ceramics layer, than in the center thereof. In a piezoelectric element of this configuration, degradation of insulation performance with the use is suppressed. |
