PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a failure of a device according to operation characteristics of individual users.SOLUTION: In a failure prevention system 1, a plurality of business store terminals 10 and a remote collection server 20 are communicably connected. Each business store terminal 10 includes a device operation information transmission part for transmitting, to the remote collection server 20, device operation information which is information related to an event generated in a device of the business store terminal 10 when a user operates the device configuring the business store terminal 10. The remote collection server 20 includes a high probability generation user calculation part for receiving the device operation information for a plurality of users and calculating a specific user who generates the event at a high probability compared to the other users by comparing the device operation information among the users for each generated event. |
