PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge/discharge device capable of further improving reliability.SOLUTION: A charge/discharge device comprises: a charge/discharge cable 5; a power conversion part operating as an AC/DC converter or a DC/AC converter; a controlling element 9; and a vehicle earth connection part 28 provided between a reference potential of a case housing an accumulator 10 and a referential potential of the charge/discharge device 3, reducing a difference between each reference potentials when the accumulator 10 is electrically connected to the charge/discharge device 3 via the charge/discharge cable 5, and having higher impedance in accordance with increase of the frequency. |
