PURPOSE: A ceramic coating blade, a blade thereof, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase usage time by providing excellent wear resistance. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic coating blade (100) is manufactured with a stainless material, a three step thermal process, a tempering process, a washing process, or an incineration process, a pre-heating process. A first ceramic coating layer (20) is formed with a 20-25 micron thickness and is manufactured by a coating method. A second ceramic coating layer (30) is formed with 5-10 micron thickness and is formed by spraying a transparent ceramic pigment on the first ceramic coating layer.
