According to an embodiment of the present invention, a chair having a backrest frame with an elastic spring fixing part enables a user to conveniently lean the back against a backrest which is fixed to a rotatable support part having an elastic restoring force, on the top of a support frame fixed to the bottom of a seat as the support frame is leaned backward by pressure applied to the backrest when the user leans the back against the backrest; the rotatable support part at the top of the support frame is rotated; and the backrest fixed to the rotatable support part is rotated to support the waist and the back of the user. The rotatable support part and the support frame return to their original positions using an elastic restoration force when the pressure applied to the backrest is eliminated. The present invention reduces workers and costs for manufacturing the chair by simplifying the manufacturing and the structure of the support frame at the top of the rotatable support part; and enables a user to take a rest in a comfortable position on the chair as the support frame is leaned backward and the backrest is rotated to support the waist and the back of the user. |
