The present invention relates to a tread weighbridge capable of supplying a forming process as a post-process by cutting a tread, outputted from bobbin after winding the tread manufactured in a pressing process in the manufacturing of the tire, with a predetermined length. The tread stored in the bobbin (1) by being wound is guided to a guide roll (3) and is cut by a cutter with the predetermined length. A thread weighbridge measures the weight of the cut tread (2) when the tread is inserted into the forming process using a tread servicer conveyor (5). The weighbridge (7) for measuring the weight of the tread (2) cut by the cutter (4) is installed in a lower surface of roles of the tread servicer conveyor (5). The weighbridge (7) is elevated or descended between the roles of the tread servicer conveyor (5) to measure the weight of the tread (2) and to check defects based on the reference weight. |
