The present invention relates to a method for folding a air-bag cushion for minimizing damage to a window shield and the slack of the air-bag cushion by comprising a first step for forming a lower tuck-in unit by folding the air-bag cushion from a lower part to an upper part one or more times based on a retainer; a second step for folding the upper part of the air-bag cushion one or more times and for folding the lower tuck-in unit to an upper side one or more times; a third step for folding the folded upper part to a lower side one or more times to be arranged at a front side of the retainer; and a fourth step for overlapping the lower tuck-in unit and the upper part by folding the folded lower tuck-in unit one or more times to be arranged to the front side of the upper part which is arranged to the front side of the retainer.
