<p>Provided are a Widget processing method and a mobile terminal. The method comprises: receiving a Widget placement instruction sent by a user, the Widget placement instruction being used for placing a designated Widget in a designated Home screen, the designated Widget being a Widget selected by the user in a Widget content showing area, the designated Home screen being a Home screen selected by the user in a Home space showing area; if there is not sufficient room for presenting the designated Widget in the designated Home screen, according to attribute information about the designated Widget, determining the display location of the designated Widget in a Home screen adjacent to the designated Home screen, the attribute information about the Widget comprising the occupation information about the Widget; and placing the designated Widget at the display location in the Home screen adjacent to the designated Home screen. The technical solution of the present invention solves the problem of complicated operations when there is not sufficient space for placing a designated Widget in a designated Home screen, and improves the processing efficiency for a Widget in a mobile terminal.</p> |
