PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an error of a sealed letter preparation device due to an inexecutable sealed letter preparation file.SOLUTION: A sealed letter preparation device 20 preparing a sealed letter by printing to an envelope form and a content, and by enclosure and sealing processing so as to contain the content in the envelope form, comprises: a memory unit 24 storing sealed letter setting information for determination which determines whether a sealed letter preparation file of a configuration that sealed letter preparation processing data including sealed letter setting information that are plural setting items required for sealed letter preparation is added to printing image data printed on the envelope form and the content can be executed or not; and a control unit 25 determining whether a combination of each setting item in the sealed letter setting information is executable normally by collating the input sealed letter setting information of the sealed letter preparation file and the sealed letter setting information for determination stored in the memory unit 24, and controlling not to execute the enclosure and sealing processing when the sealed letter setting information is not executable. |
