PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular battery pack capable of protecting a battery case even when external force is applied from a vehicle side and simplifying a vehicle body structure.SOLUTION: A battery case 15 is mounted on an upper surface of a floor panel 9 under a front seat 7. When a side sill 14 is disposed at the vehicle width direction outside of the battery case 15, a tunnel 10 is disposed at the vehicle width direction inside of the battery case 15, and a cross member 13 is disposed in front side of a vehicle with respect to the battery case 15, one of fixing sections 26 projecting to the side sill 14 side is disposed at an end on a vehicle rear side of side edges of a base section 20 of a lower case 18 facing the side sill 14, and is fixed to the floor panel 9 with a bolt 29. Even when external force is applied from a vehicle side, the fixing section 26 at the end on the vehicle rear side facing the side sill 14 and the bolt 29 come into contact with the side sill 14 and a battery 25 in the battery case 15 is protected. |
