PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element which exhibits higher photoelectric conversion efficiency, a solar cell, and a solar cell module.SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion element includes a pair of electrodes, an active layer located between the electrodes, and an electron extraction layer located between the active layer and one of the electrodes. The electron extraction layer includes a mixture layer containing at least one alkali metal element selected from the group consisting of lithium, sodium, and potassium, and an oxide of a metal element different from alkali metal elements. In the mixture layer, the total number of lithium atoms, sodium atoms, and potassium atoms is 0.3 to 30% inclusive with respect to the number of atoms of the metal element. |
