PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an adhesive from entering a liquid flow path to improve productivity.SOLUTION: A wiring substrate 302 having connection terminals 702 connected to a piezoelectric body and wirings respectively extended from the connection terminals 702 and having a through hole 306, which has a smaller cross section than an opening cross section of a pressure chamber 503, formed at its position corresponding to the pressure chamber 503 adheres to a junction surface on the opposite side to the discharge port side of an inkjet head 303 through an adhesive film 701, to electrically connect the connection terminal 702 of the wiring substrate 302 and an electrode 505 formed on a wall of the pressure chamber 503. |
