PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce leakage of light caused by so-called a rubbing shade (unrubbed area), while satisfying restricting conditions for the layout of pixels in a liquid crystal display device.SOLUTION: A spacer 34 holding the thickness of a liquid crystal layer is disposed, in a plan view, on an intersection 15 between a wiring line 13 and a source wiring line 14; and a light-shielding part 38 for a spacer to shield the spacer 34 from light is disposed. The spacer 34 is disposed, in a plan view, in a region 38a where the light-shielding part 38 for the spacer is disposed. The source wiring line 14 includes two bend portions 39, 40 bending in different directions from each other in the region 38a where the light-shielding part 38 for the spacer is disposed in a plan view. |
