PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine, and a washing and drying machine capable of increasing washing capacity without significantly changing manufacturing facilities.SOLUTION: A washing machine, and a washing and a drying machine includes: a washing inner tub which rotates; and an outer tub in the inside of which the washing inner tub is placed, and which stores washing water. In the washing machine, and the washing and drying, the washing inner tub includes: a drum obtained by forming a steel plate including a stainless steel plate into a cylindrical shape; a rear side bottom plate formed of a steel plate including a stainless steel plate and provided at the rear side end side of the drum; and an annular balance ring provided at the front side end side of the body. The drum includes: small diameter parts in which the diameters of the rear side end side and the front side end side are made to be small; and a large diameter part whose diameter is formed to be larger than the diameters of the small diameter parts and which is formed at an intermediate part present between both of the small diameter parts. |
