PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video reproducing device, a video reproducing method, and a video reproducing program which allow a desired image frame to be easily reproduced from in video by user's simple input operation on a screen.SOLUTION: The video reproducing device includes: a movement detection unit 16 which detects movement information of each of pieces of frame image information constituting video being a processing object, with respect to reference coordinates at intervals of a prescribed distance; an input unit 18 which inputs, on a screen where the video being the processing object is displayed, position coordinates in the screen designated by user's operation; a display frame number specification unit 19 which calculates a movement amount of each piece of frame image information in accordance with movement information of the piece of frame image information with respect to reference coordinates closest to the position coordinates inputted by the input unit 18 and their neighboring reference coordinates and specifies a frame number of frame image information to be displayed, on the basis of movement amounts of individual pieces of frame image information; and a display unit 14 which displays frame image information having the specified frame number.
