PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a germicide available for wide uses.SOLUTION: This invention relates to: a germicide containing alcohols such as propylene glycol, organic acids such as sodium lactate and calcium analogue such as a calcined calcium; and a hair augmenting agent, a scalp softener, a deodorant, a skin itching preventing agent, a skin spots remover, a keratin softening agent which softens keratin of heels and a dandruff preventing agent which contain the germicide. |
