PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-molecular-weight polyarylene sulfide resin composition excellent in terms of mechanical physical properties, above all toughness, generating scarce gases at the time of molding, and manifesting an inhibited gelation at the time of molding and moldings obtained by molding the composition.SOLUTION: The polyarylene sulfide resin composition includes a polyarylene sulfide resin and a propylene polymer as indispensable components, whereas the melt viscosity of the polyarylene sulfide resin at 300°C is confined to a range of 150-1,000 [Pa s], whereas the softening point of the propylene polymer is confined to a range of 40-120°C, whereas the molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of the polyarylene sulfide resin composition is confined to a range of 4.0 or below; moldings of the same are also provided. |
