PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy of transmission power control (TPC).SOLUTION: In a mobile station 10, a RF receiver unit 11 receives a signal transmitted from another communication device. A reception quality detector unit 12 detects reception quality on the basis of the received signal. A reception processing unit 13 extracts a TPC value from the received signal. A transmission power control unit 14 corrects the extracted TPC value on the basis of the detected reception quality. A transmission power control unit 14 corrects the TPC value when a conversion condition is satisfied. For example, the conversion condition includes: a condition in which a first variation direction of the detected reception quality is opposite to a second variation direction of transmission power represented by the TPC value. |
