PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation management device which allows recognition of an oil supply in a fuel tank or a fuel consumption by an inexpensive and simple method.SOLUTION: A voltage value is acquired from a fuel level sensor which detects an amount of fuel charged in a fuel tank of a vehicle, as a voltage value. An operation management device 1 acquires voltage values before and after the change of the amount of fuel and calculates a correlation value (tan&thetas;) between a variation of the amount of fuel and a variation of the voltage value by a correlation value management unit 12 and records the calculated correlation value into a correlation value table 15. While the vehicle is traveling, a fuel management unit 13 calculates a variation of fuel in the fuel tank on the basis of the variation of the voltage value and the correlation value and records the calculated variation into a buffer 16. A main control unit 10 records the variation of fuel into a memory card 30 as a part of operation data occurring due to operation of the vehicle and uses it to make a journal or the like.
