PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact objective lens holder and the like into which a coil is easily assembled.SOLUTION: A lens holder 21 comprises a housing 51 comprising: a main surface 56 with a circular opening to which an objective lens 31 is attached; and four side walls extending downward integrally with and continuously to the peripheral part of the main surface 56. A focus coil 30 is assembled in the housing 51. The inner wall of the focus coil 30 is in contact with support part 25C and 25D projecting inwardly from the main surface of the housing 51. Thus, the focus coil 30 is accurately arranged in the housing 51.
