The present invention relates to a lighting apparatus which comprises: a light source module located on a printed circuit board and having at least one light source and a resin layer that is placed on the printed circuit board to landfill the light source; a light reflection member located in at least one direction among one side and the other side of the resin layer; and an optical plate having an upper surface in contact with an upper surface of the light source module and a sidewall, which is formed integrally with the upper surface and adhered closely to the light reflection member in a downward direction. Provided is the lighting apparatus having an indirect emitting air gap formed between the light source module and the light reflecting member and the optical plate with haze less than or equal to 30%.
