A method for preparing eco-friendly papers comprises the processes of: coating one side of a mineral paper which is a cover paper, a pulp paper which is an inner paper, a recycled paper thereof, or a polypropylene paper with an adhesive including 50% of acryl emersion (A/E), 7% of sodium alginate, 5% of starch, 7% of cellulose, 0.2% of preservatives, 0.2% of foaming agent, 5.1% of ion regulator and permeating agent, and 25.5% of water; attaching each other in order to laminate; and drying the same. The present invention provides laminated papers which supplement and improve advantages and disadvantages of the mineral papers so that printability, water resistance, oil resistance, chemical resistance, and durability are enhanced; protect natural ecosystems by not using wood in a manufacturing process, and can be generally used in wall papers, paper bags, packing boxes, envelopes and the likes which are environmentally friendly such as not discharging carbon dioxide and air pollutants when incinerated and have luxurious textures as a natural material.
