The present invention relates to a lubricator, a terminal for inspection of the lubricator, a server for managing the lubricator, and a lubricator inspection system comprising the same. The lubricator inspection system according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a lubricator providing values of parameters stored in the lubricator for calculation of an amount of lubrication to the outside; a lubricator managing server storing lubricator inspection information including identification information of the lubricator and reference values of the parameters for calculation of the amount of lubrication; and a lubricator inspection terminal receiving the lubricator inspection information corresponding to the identification information of the lubricator from the lubricator managing server, and determining whether the lubricator is manipulated or not by comparing the lubricator inspection information with the values of parameters that are stored in the lubricator. According to the present invention, a user can easily determine whether the lubricator is manipulated on the basis of a flow volume predicted according to the values of parameters that are used for calculating the amount of lubrication and a pulse signal, thereby saving costs and resources required for inspecting lubricator manipulation.
