摘要 PURPOSE: A system and method for integrally manufacturing steel are provided to remarkably reduce the generation rate of environmental contaminants and to reduce energy consumption. CONSTITUTION: A system for integrally manufacturing steel includes an iron making unit (10), a steel making unit (20), and a continuous rolling unit (30). The iron making unit has a reduced fine iron ore manufacturing unit (11), an agglomerating unit (13), and a melting furnace (12). The fine iron ore manufacturing unit reduces fine iron ore to reduced fine iron ore. The agglomerating unit agglomerates the reduced fine iron ore into agglomerated and reduced iron. The melting furnace melts the agglomerated and reduced iron, and manufactures molten iron with the iron. A converter manufactures molten steel with molten iron and the agglomerated and reduced iron as main materials.
