A method of determining pipe size in a pipe system used to service a plurality of fixtures including: determining one or both of a loading unit and fixture unit for each of the fixtures, based on a water efficiency rating of the fixture; and determining the required pipe size for one or both of a supply pipe and drain pipe on the basis of a sum of the loading units and fixture units, respectively. The invention also relates to a pipe system with supply and drain pipe diameters determined using the method, and to an apartment or building with a plurality of fixtures and that pipe system. -1/2 |
