PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual browsing device promoting manual utilization.SOLUTION: A user terminal 3 holds manual information and displays the manual information. Further, the user terminal 3 collects device information, selects an FAQ menu 114 on the basis of the collected device information, and creates a manual display screen 11 for displaying a manual, on the basis of the selected FAQ menu 114. Further, when the user terminal 3 and a manual management device 7 are connected via a network, the manual management device 7 selects the FAQ menu 114 for displaying the manual on the basis of the device information and call information extracted by the manual management device 7, and the user terminal 3 creates the manual display screen 11 on the basis of the selected FAQ menu 114. Consequently, a hit ratio of manuals having a content which a user desires to investigate is enhanced, which can promote utilization of manuals. |
