PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aircraft engine 1 reducing thrust loss in a bypass passage 11 to improve the engine performance to a higher level.SOLUTION: A ridge 33 raised radially inward on an inner circumferential wall surface 9p of a nacelle 9 is formed to extend downstream from a leading edge 17a of both circumferential side faces 17f and 17s of a bottom pylon 17. The ridge 33 has a streamlined shape extending in parallel with an engine axis as viewed from the radially inner side. An apex 33h at the center of the ridge 33 is positioned at a trailing edge 17t of the bottom pylon 17. |
