PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device that reduces power consumption and easily adjusts to a destination apparatus.SOLUTION: The power supply device includes: a driver connected to a supply voltage to turn on/off power supply; a digital control circuit for controlling on/off the driver; an oscillator for periodically outputting an oscillator signal to control on/off the driver to the digital control circuit; and a current detector for detecting an output current of the driver. The digital control circuit has a normal control mode of continuously allowing the oscillator signal output operation of the oscillator and the on/off operation of the driver, and a low power control mode of intermittently allowing the oscillator signal output operation of the oscillator and the on/off operation of the driver. |
